Buchheit-Courtway Considering Running For State Senate

(JEFFERSON CITY, FESTUS) 115th District State Representative Cyndi Buchheit-Courtway is considering running for the State Senate. Buchheit-Courtway of rural Festus has been a State Rep. since 2020, and now that State Senator Elaine Gannon announced she would not seek another term, she is certainly thinking it over.
Buchheit-Courtway says while Gannon’s announcement was a bit shocking, she understands the actions behind it.
A few others have expressed interest in running for the District 3 State Senate seat, including State Representative Mike Henderson of Desloge.
