Cadet Woman Airlifted To Hospital After Traffic Accident In Washington County

(Washington County) A traffic accident in Washington county Monday afternoon resulted in a woman from Cadet receiving serious injuries. 50-year-old Teresa Hoffman was northbound on MO-47 when she traveled off the left side of the road and struck a tree. Hoffman was taken by helicopter to Barnes-Jewish Hospital to treat her injuries. The accident occurred around 1 p.m. just north of Roderick Road.
