Car Crash Near Gisi Road In Ste. Genevieve Injures Both Drivers

(Ste. Genevieve County) A car crash on Route M in Ste. Genevieve County Monday morning resulted in injuries for both drivers. 65-year-old Donald Wilson of Jackson was northbound in a Ford F-150 when he crossed the center line and struck a Toyota Highlander driven by 26-year-old Katelyn Battreal. Wilson then traveled off the west side of the road and struck two road signs. Wilson was moderately injured and was taken to St. Francis Medical Center while Battreal received minor injuries and was taken to Ste. Gen County Memorial hospital. The accident occurred just before 7 o’clock Monday morning.
