Central Girls Basketball Holds Media Day

(Park Hills) The Central Lady Rebels Basketball Team had a media showcase Thursday afternoon, which served as a first look at the team and their new head coach. Aaron Tyree is the new face on the sideline, but he has served as an assistant for the Rebels over the last five seasons. He talks about the transition from assistant to head coach.

Tyree’s familiarity with the program means the team is already comfortable with the changes. Tyree says the culture will remain the same too.

Tyree says the team has had a busy offseason, but the girls have all put in good work.

The Lady Rebels had a great season last year, and all but one starter is returning from last year’s team. Tyree already has his eyes on a deep postseason run.
