Central R-3 Schools Set To Start A New Year

(Park Hills) Another school year starts next week for the Central School District in Park Hills. Superintendent Doctor Ashley McMillian says much of the talk right now deals with how the district is prepared to deal with COVID-19.

McMillian says the school nurses have been meeting with the St. Francois County Health Center to discuss their options for the school year if COVID continues to increase. He says they’re keeping their options open.

The first official day of school for the Central District is Monday, August 23rd. Homecoming will be celebrated on October 8th. Hear more with McMillian about the year ahead below.
