Central To Send Three Wrestlers to State

The Central Rebels are competing in this year’s state tournaments, with three of their wrestlers being sent to compete. Seniors Garrett McDowell and Cole Crocker, along with sophomore Matthew Clark, all travelled to Sullivan High School last weekend where they all finished in fourth place in their respective brackets. Head Coach Scott Aholt talks about what he’s seen from his guys this season.

Crocker finished fourth in the 138 pound bracket, Clark in the 144 pound bracket, and McDowell in the 165 pound bracket. All three wrestlers discussed what it means for each of them to head to the state tournament, beginning today (Wednesday) at the University of Missouri.
