Charles “Tom” Roper of Festus passed away Tuesday (1/19), at the age of 75.
Visitation for Tom Roper will be Tuesday morning from 9 until the time of the funeral service at 11 at the Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus. Burial in the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
