Col. Thomas Eugene Burch, USAF Ret., of Festus, passed away Thursday (6/10), he was 82 years old.
Visitation for Colonel Thomas Burch will be Tuesday (6/15) morning from 10 until the time of funeral services at Noon at the Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus. Interment with full military honors in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
