Crystal City new businesses moving along

(Crystal City) Construction and renovation work continues for new businesses in Crystal City. Crystal City City Administrator Jason Eisenbeis says the new Culvers’ structure is moving along, and Five Below is likely to open this month.
Eisenbeis says with Five Below and Culvers’ opening this spring, they were able to get an idea for the additional sales tax numbers which allowed them to plan for city employee raises later this year.
