Crystal City’s Michaiah Fels is Parkland Health Mart Pharmacy Athlete of the Week
(CRYSTAL CITY) The Parkland Health Mart Pharmacy Play It Forward Athlete of the Week is Crystal City senior Michaiah Fels.
Fels competed in the Class 1 District 1 track meet last week and had individual 1st place finishes in the 100 and 300-meter hurdles, a 2nd place finish in the long jump, and anchored the 1st place 4×400 meter relay team. Head coach Dan Fox says that Fels is just an awesome talent.
Coach Fox learned very quickly that Fels could succeed in multiple events.
As the Parkland Health Mart Pharmacy Athlete of the Week, Michaiah Fels will receive a certificate, a t-shirt, and Parkland Health Mart will donate 25 dollars to a non-profit of Michaiah’s choice. The Crystal City girls track and field team won the district tournament with 84 points.
