De Soto Man Killed In Accident

(De Soto) A De Soto man was killed after an accident that happened last night on Route TT in Jefferson County.
The highway patrol says 38 year old Andrew Katz was standing in the northbound lane of TT next to his motorcycle when both were hit by a vehicle being driven north by 18 year old Mariah McWilliams of Festus.
Katz was pronounced dead by EMS personnel.
McWilliams wasn’t injured in the accident, which happened at 7;15 last night on Route TT, south of I-55.
