Delmar Hunning Obit – Services 02/20/2020 at Noon

Delmar Otto Hunning of Springfield, Missouri, formerly of Des Peres passed away Saturday. He was 86. Delmar was a Marine Corps Veteran of the Korean War, a retired machinist from Owens-Illinois Plastic Products, and a Sunday school teacher at Geyer Road Baptist Church in Kirkwood.

He is survived by his daughter Linda Underwood of Springfield, son Danny, a sister Bertha Alderson, 7 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Delmar Hunning will be Thursday at noon at Geyer Road Baptist Church. Interment with full military honors in Oakland Baptist Cemetery of DeSoto.

Visitation will be Thursday morning from 10 until the time of the service at the church.

Memorials in his memory are preferred to either Battlefield First Baptist Church, or Geyer Road Baptist Church.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
