DeSoto’s McClinton makes it another selection to golf Dream Team

(DeSoto) Ethan McClinton finished out a strong golf career with the DeSoto Dragons by again reaching the Regional Radio Dream Team.

The senior won 2 tournaments this season, including a JCAA conference championship.

But he says, while he’s grateful for another honor, he feels he peaked at the end.

McClinton went on to finish 17th at the Class 4 District 1 championships and qualify for state.

He says there were some changes to his game that helped him reach that level.

And McClinton wants to make sure everyone around him gets their flowers.

MClinton medaled at 5 golf tournaments this season, including a second-place finish.
