Director Rob Dixon Talks Unemployment and Opening up the Economy

(Jefferson City) The country has seen a large increase in it’s unemployment rate, and Rob Dixon, director of the Department of Economic Development, says Missouri can expect similar trends when those numbers come in.

Dixon knows this virus is sticking around but says Missouri still needs to get back to work.

He says we just need to keep doing what we are doing.

Dixon explained what the next phase of economic activity looks like.
