 DCAI Foundation In-Home services has an immediate opening for a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse.

Responsibilities include performing skilled nursing services of a maintenance or preventive nature to authorized individuals in the client’s residence.

Duties include monitoring of skin conditions, medication administration and setup, nail care and general health evaluations.

Must possess current Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse license, valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance and have one year verifiable experience with direct care of individuals with disabilities or elderly.

Must be a team player with the ability and desire to work with a diverse group of individuals and talents to complete projects, ability to organize and plan multitude of tasks, projects and information. Excellent communication skills including both written and verbal, possess accurate record keeping, problem solving and decision making skills. Strong familiarity and use of computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
