Doe Run Company Awarded $7 Million

The Doe Run Company has been awarded a $7 million dollar grant from the Missouri Department of Defense to help with their upcoming demonstration plant.  The plant will help extract cobalt and nickel from Missouri resources.  Tammy Stankey is with the Doe Run Company.  She talks about the importance of the extraction of those minerals.

Doe Run Company is celebrating its 160th anniversary this year.  A timetable has not yet been set for completion of the demonstration plant.
