Dry & Drought-Like Conditions Creep Back Into Southeast Missouri

(Farmington) It looks like more dry or drought-like conditions are creeping back into the Regional Radio listening area.

That’s according to the latest national drought monitor map of Missouri just released Thursday.

Moderate drought conditions are located in western Dent, northern Washington and western and southern Shannon counties.

There is still one area that has normal conditions.

That is all of Madison County, most of Bollinger and Iron counties, northern Wayne County, eastern Reynolds County and the southern ends of Washington and St. Francois counties.

However, the rest of the listening area has regained abnormally dry conditions again.

Other parts of the Show-Me State though is seeing worse conditions.
