Farmers Markets are all the Rage

(Farmington) In the spring and summer, farmers markets sprout up across Missouri.

Corrina Smith is the president of the Missouri Farmers Market Association.

There are about 160 farmers markets across Missouri.

Locally, there are farmers markets in Park Hills, Ste. Genevieve, Ellington, Farmington, Salem, Fredericktown, Arcadia, Bismarck, Desoto, Hillsboro and Marble Hill.

Other local communities may also have farmers markets but they are not listed on the Missouri Farmers Markets website missourigrownusa.com.
