Farmington attorney Vonne Karraker is part of a legal team that filed a class action lawsuit on Monday against St. Francois County, Sheriff Dan Bullock, Correctional Healthcare, Inc., former Jail Administrator Dennis Smith and jail nurse Heather Smith as defendants.
