Farmington Empire Speedway Set To Open

(Farmington) Darryll and Katie Dickerson are the new owners of the St. Francois County Raceway. They’ve renamed it Empire Speedway. Darryll Dickerson says they wanted to pay tribute to the raceway with the new name.

Along with great racing Saturday nights, Dickerson says they will also have special events.

A play date will be held at Empire Raceway this Saturday which is free to the public. A practice night will be held next Saturday and the first night of points racing is March 30th. Empire Raceway is located right off Highway 67 between Farmington and Park Hills. We’ll have certificates for Empire Speedway available this week on Bids For Bargains.
