Festus HS Grad Returns Home to Play Baseball at Jefferson College

(HILLSBORO) 2017 Festus High School graduate Elijah Richeson is returning home to play baseball. Richeson announced he is transferring to Jefferson College to play for the Vikings after redshirting his freshman season at Lindenwood.

Richeson shares the reaction of his friends and family when they found out on Twitter that he was coming back home.

Even though he didn’t see the field at Lindenwood, Richeson learned a thing or two about being a college athlete.

In his senior year at Festus, Elijah Richeson was a Regional Radio Dream Team Athlete in both baseball and football. Jefferson College baseball went 47-10 last season and finished first in Region 16 regular season play.
