Festus Man Injured in Single Car Crash

A man from Festus was injured Wednesday afternoon in a one car crash in St. Francois County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident took place on Highway 67, just south of Blomeier Road when a Honda Civic driven by 27-year-old Austin Hess ran off the road edge, the car struck the median cable barrier and then overturned. Hess received moderate injuries and had to be taken to Parkland Health Center in Farmington.
