Festus schools keeping data safe and ready for the holiday break

(Festus) The Festus R-6 School District is about to begin its Holiday break, and many of their community events leading up to it have gone over well. Superintendent Dr. Link Luttrell says many of the students in all of their buildings have gone above and beyond.

Festus schools recently held their monthly board meeting, and Dr. Luttrell says they gave an update on their efforts to keep important computer information protected.

The Festus R-6 School District held a half-day on Wednesday with the conclusion of their 1st-semester exams. Festus will resume classes from the Christmas break and begin the second semester on Tuesday, January 4th.
