Festus’ Schram named Applebee’s of Farmington Athlete of the Week

Festus Tigers sophomore Ian Schram is the Applebee’s of Farmington Athlete of the Week.
Schram has made a monster impact in his first track and field season for the Tigers.
In the first week of competition, he’s already run the fastest times in the state in Class 4 for the 800, 1,600 and 3,200-meter races.
But even after Schram has done all that to follow up helping Festus win another boys’ cross country state title this fall, head coach Chris Partney says he’s still finding ways to impress.
Schram has run top-ten times across all classes and has helped Festus earn a top-ten ranking in the state.
As Athlete of the Week, he receives a T-shirt, a certificate and a coupon for a free entree at Applebee’s in Farmington.
