Festus Travels to DeSoto Tuesday Afternoon for Conference Baseball on KJFF

(DESOTO) The Festus Tigers are paying a visit to DeSoto Tuesday afternoon to take on the Dragons in some day baseball on AM 1400 KJFF.

The Tigers are 2-7 this season after a tough 17-13 loss to Jefferson last week. Despite the L, Tigers coach Jeff Montgomery says that his guys remain positive.

 
The Dragons are 6-3 this season, most recently suffering a 6-4 loss to state-ranked Ste. Genevieve last Wednesday. Head coach Matt Buechting says that his guys are hitting well, but that the pitching needs to be more consistent.

 
First pitch for Festus and DeSoto is scheduled for 4:30. The Flieg’s Equipment Pregame Show will begin at 4:15 on AM 1400 KJFF.
