Former Fox C-6 School District teacher charged

(Arnold, Imperial) A former Fox C-6 School District teacher faces charges for allegedly sending inappropriate photographs to minors. 37-year-old Tosh Kerperien of Imperial has been charged with three misdemeanor counts of Furnishing or Attempting to Furnish Pornographic Material to a minor. Investigators believe Kerperien sent the photos via social media to three separate juvenile individuals. She was issued a criminal summons and therefore was not booked or photographed at the Jefferson County Jail.
