Frances Ann Foster of Hillsboro passed away Monday (8/9), she was 79 years old.

A memorial gathering for Frances Foster will be Sunday (8/15) afternoon from 1 until the time of the memorial service at 3 at the Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in DeSoto. Interment in the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
