Friday early morning accidents in Jefferson County

(Jefferson County) A Hillsboro woman was injured in a single vehicle accident in Jefferson County on Friday morning.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2001 Ford F150 driven by 26-year-old Kolleen Hughes was driving on Highway 30 west of Whisper Valley Road when she travelled off the south side of the road to avoid a deer and overturned.

Hughes was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.

She was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital South with moderate injuries.

Three people were injured in a one vehicle crash early on Friday morning on Highway 141 north of Schneider Drive in Jefferson County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports a 2004 Chevy Silverado driven by 18-year-old Donald Judd of Fenton was driving on 141 when he drove off the right side of the road and struck a sign and an embankment before overturning.

Judd and his two passengers, 20-year-old Cheyanne Rike of Festus and 22-year-old Cheyenne Lesieur of Ballwin received moderate injuries and were taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital South for treatment.
