(Glen Allen) Glen Allen homeowners in Bollinger County are now eligible for a 100% property buyout through the U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service Emergency Watershed Protection Program.
Luke Turnbough says they provide federal funding to help residents relocate out of flood prone areas.
