Herculaneum’s Fowler sets records on the way back to girls’ hoops Dream Team

(Herculaneum) Paige Fowler is walking away from her basketball career as perhaps the finest player to ever suit up for the Herculaneum Blackcats.

Fowler became the program’s all-time leading scorer in her senior season, and she also earned another spot on the Regional Radio Dream Team.

Fowler says it’s terrific to have coaches from around the Parkland recognize her talent and her hard work.

Fowler averaged team highs of 16 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 3 steals per game while also finishing her career with over 1,700 points scored.

That point total is an number she still has trouble fathoming.

But Fowler she’s getting nowhere without the people and teammates around her.

Fowler won the JCAA Small-School Division Player of the Year for the third straight year and helped Herculaneum win back-to-back conference championships.
