Inmate Death at Bonne Terre Prison

(Bonne Terre) An inmate from the Bonne Terre prison has died.
A news release from the Missouri Department of Corrections says 63-year-old Marvin Cotton died from ‘apparent natural causes’ Saturday morning.
He was serving a life sentence for forcible rape and sodomy out of St. Louis city.
Cotton was first sent to prison in December of 2004.
