(Regional Radio) The Grandview Eagles host the St. Pius Lancers in a small school conference match-up in boys’ basketball tonight on KJFF.

Both teams have struggled this season as Grandview is 1-8 on the year while St. Pius sits at 2-10. The two teams are both very youthful as a whole and have few players that have significant varsity experience.

The Lancers pride themselves on the defensive floor, but struggle at times on the offensive end. Sophomores Cameron Krodinger and Jalen Thornton lead the way for St. Pius on the offensive end averaging 8.4 and 7.5 points per game respectively.

For Grandview, they are led by senior Sam Huskey who is averaging 10.9 PPG while grabbing 4.2 rebounds a contest.

Grandview is coming off of a 49-47 loss to Kingston at the Valle Catholic Christmas Tournament while the Lancers fell to Saxony Lutheran 43-21 on Wednesday night.
