Joseph “Joe” Delbert Kassen of Festus passed away Saturday, at the age of 79.
A memorial gathering for Joe Kassen will be Friday (2/10) afternoon from 3 until the time of the memorial service at 5 at the Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus. Inurnment at a later date in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
