Kimmswick working hard to make ends meet

(Kimmswick) The City of Kimmswick is trying to turn things around after a very difficult 2020. The City was going to take a hit if they weren’t able to come up with two-hundred thousand dollars to meet their budget. Kimmswick Mayor Phil Stang says they were able to raise a good portion of those funds.

Stang says the city and businesses were able to roll with the punches.

Kimmswick plans to hold its annual Strawberry Festival on June 5th and 6th. It’s likely there will still be plenty of safety guidelines in place for that event, which was postponed in 2020.
