Leadwood approves new utility truck for water department

The city of Leadwood’s water & sewer department will be getting a utility truck.
The board of aldermen approved the purchase at December’s meeting.
Mayor David Henry says attempts to help the old truck like a turbo fan have not worked.
Henry says the new truck is going to be a welcome sight, because the department is busiest in January dealing with water main breaks.
The truck should be arriving to Leadwood within the week.
