MAC Board Approves Budget

(Park Hills) The Mineral Area College Board of Trustees approved the budget for Fiscal Year 2023 at it’s meeting Thursday in Park Hills. MAC President Doctor Joe Gilgour says the numbers look a little inflated this year because of COVID 19 funding.
The college also got some exciting news Thursday concerning it’s ability to offer classes in the Cape Girardeau area. Gilgour says the state has officially given them permission to move forward.
The MAC president says they hope to be able to offer classes in the Cape Girardeau area by this fall.
