MAC President Takes Voluntary Pay Cut; College Creates Minority Scholarship

In response to the current Black Lives Matter movement the college has created another minority scholarship…
The college plans to hold in person classes and start the fall semester on schedule on August 24th.
Right now fall enrollment is down 129 students and 623 hours, but it is rising. Summer enrollment is down 54 students, but is actually up 349 hours.
Also at the MAC trustee meeting Dr. Gilgour handed out a number of awards…
The next meeting for the Mineral Area College Board of Trustees will be July 16th.
