MAC Takes 2nd Game vs JeffCo

(Park Hills) The Mineral Area College women’s basketball team beat Jefferson College for the second time this season, this time 73-49. The Cardinals ran away from the Vikings 24-11 in the first half and extended their lead to as many as 30 in the second half. Quincy Erickson led the team with 13 points.

MAC improves to 6-8 and 4-4 in Region l6 play. JeffCo falls to 4-9 and 1-6. MAC plays St. Louis Community College in double head action Monday on KREI.

Jay Grayson scored 24 for the Vikings in the loss.
