(CRYSTAL CITY, Mo.) The Crystal City Hornets have made their presence known on the golf course this season after their second place finish in districts earlier this week.

Crystal City has a roster of five golfers this season and all have made significant contributions this year. Their hard work paid off as the team qualified for the state sectional round on Monday afternoon after their second place finish behind Bloomfield in the Class One District One Tournament. The second place finish means the team advances to the sectional round in addition to the individuals that medaled.
