Missouri Attorney General Goes for Big Money in Opioid Lawsuit

(Jefferson City) Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, who is involved in a lawsuit against opioid manufacturers, says he is seeking more than the pay-off to Ohio this week.
He says hudreds of people everyday in the U.S. are dying because of opioids.
Two Ohio counties got a multi-million dollar settlement in a different lawsuit against McKesson, Cardinal Health, AmerisourceBergen and Teva.
The two Ohio counties will receive 260-million dollars from the opioid settlement.
