Missouri Unemployment Skyrockets

(Jefferson City) Department of Labor Director Anna Hui joined Governor Parson on his daily news briefing yesterday and discussed the record number of Missourians who have applied for unemployment.

The last few weeks have been troublesome for Missouri’s Department of Labor.

Director Hui says the instant gratification lifestyle we live in today is making it tough on department workers.

The Missouri Department of Labor has hired more people and are receiving help from other government departments to help Missourians with unemployment issues.
