New Crystal City councilman appointed

(Crystal City) The Crystal City city council has a new member that was appointed after a current council member moved out of the city limits. City Administrator Jason Eisenbeis says Jared Farmer stepped down in Ward 4, and a replacement was sworn in.

Eisenbeis says Mike Osher has been very involved in the community already.

Osher will serve Farmer’s term for the next year and will be up for re-election in 2022.
