New leaders in Pevely are ready to go

(Pevely) The City of Pevely made a few important hires in October and both are hitting the ground running. Pevely hired Andy Hixon as its new City Administrator and Mark Glenn as its new police chief. Hixon is no stranger to the area as he was the former City Administrator in Crystal City. Hixon says he’s excited to be back.

Hixon says things are already in place to make proposed improvements and development.

Mark Glenn was hired as the Pevely Police Chief after previously working with the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office and Chief of the Washington University police department. Glenn is a Pevely resident, so he knows the area well.

Chief Glenn says he has a few important goals in mind.

Both Andy Hixon and Chief Mark Glenn have been in their respective positions for a few weeks.
