New-Look St. Paul Lutheran Boys Basketball Team is Finding Early Chemistry
(Farmington) The St. Paul Lutheran  boys basketball team finished last season with a record of 8-20, and were defeated by South Iron in the second round of the district tournament. Justin Ford is the head coach of the Giants. He says the team graduated most of last season’s core.

This year’s team will feature a lot of youth, but coach Ford says this team already has great chemistry.

The key returners this season are William Folk, who is expected to have a major role in the locker room and on the court, as well as his brother, Christian Folk, who will be the defensive anchor.
This offseason, the Giants were able to gain valuable experience by playing in summer tournaments in St. Louis.

Coach Ford says the goal for the season is to keep improving.

St. Paul Lutheran opens the season on Monday, November 20th at St. Mary’s.
