Nice Turnout for Ribbon Cutting for New Stage to be Built in Downtown Park Hills

(Park Hills) There was a nice turnout Wednesday for the the Downtown Park Hills Association and the City of Park Hills’ groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the beginning of the construction of a new stage in downtown Park Hills.

Once complete, City Administrator Mark McFarland says this new downtown entertainment venue will be put to good use.

Flat River was the former name of one of four adjoining towns that merged together in 1994 to become what is known today as Park Hills.

The new stage is being built in downtown Park Hills, between the old Y.M.C.A. building and All Occasions Hall.
