Park Hills City Council Member Steps Down after Move

(Park Hills, Mo.) The city of Park Hills held a City Council Meeting Monday night. City Administrator Mark McFarland says they discussed the resignation of Council member Ed Hart.
McFarland explains how the empty seat will be filled.
Ed Hart was in his first term and had served for a year and a half with the Park Hills City Council.
