Perry County Woman Injured in Single Vehicle Accident.

A Perryville woman was injured in a single-vehicle accident in Perry county early Tuesday morning. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 28-year old Emily Weekly was traveling eastbound on Route ‘D’ in a 2015 Chevrolet Impala when the car ran off the road, went through a field, struck a fence and then a tree. Weekly was wearing her seatbelt but did receive moderate injuries. She was taken to Mercy Hospital Perry in Perryville. The accident reportedly happened just after 1 o’clock Tuesday morning.
