Pevely Man Injured in Motorcycle Accident in Jefferson County

(St. Louis, Mo.) A man from Pevely was taken to Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis after being involved in a motorcycle accident Wednesday afternoon in Jefferson County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the accident took place eastbound on Route A, at Route Z, when a Suzuki motorcycle driven by 59-year-old Billie McCollum of Pevely attempted to make a left turn onto Route Z and lost control of the vehicle causing it to overturn.
McCollum sustained moderate injuries in the crash.
