Reynolds County Bridge Closed Since Late February Opens Today

(Annapolis) The first of 17 bridges to be improved through the Missouri Department of Transportation’s Bootheel Bridge Bundle design-build project reopened to traffic today, ten days ahead of schedule.

The Highway ‘K’ bridge over the Black River in Reynolds County, between Redford and Annapolis, closed to traffic on February 24th to replace the concrete deck.

The rehabilitated bridge features a wider roadway and new concrete barriers.

Crews from Robertson Contractors will remain onsite to complete minor repairs and final upgrades.

This work may result in minor impacts to traffic such as periodic lane closures.

This bridge in Reynolds County is included in Governor Parson’s 351-million dollars Focus on Bridges program which will repair or replace 250 bridges across the state.
