Rock Memorial Wins Third Straight

(Imperial) Rock Memorial Post 283 defeated DeSoto SMCI last night 7-4. Rock Memorial has now won three straight in district play and Coach Danny Sigman says he is starting to see the team he knew he had at the beginning of the season.

Sigman brought a new pitcher on the mound last night in Brayden Kreutz, who was originally supposed to take the summer off this year.

Rock Memorial improves to 9-8 on the season and will face Ste. Genevieve at home on Friday. DeSoto falls to 7-7 and will take a short break until June 28th where they will play Ste. Gen. at Yanks Field.
